    Façonner comme on le souhaite (un grand moule ou des petites brioches individuelles)
    Beurrer le moule avant de déposer la pâte (voir sur youtube la chaine essence d'orient)
    Moi j'ai choisi 1 grosse brioche et 2 petites (dans un moule à cake et dans des moules à muffin)
  4. Préchauffez le four à 180°
    Dorez la brioche avec le jaune d'oeuf dilué avec un peu d'eau
    Attention de ne pas toucher les bords du moule en passant le jaune d'oeuf
  5. Cuisson 20 minutes pour la grosse brioche
    Moins de temps pour les petites (faire en fonction de votre four)
  6. Se conserve 2/3 jours bien emballée
